Kicker Kpw2 Portable Bluetooth Speaker

The compact speaker, about the size of a water bottle, has a rechargeable battery for 10 hours of listening and will be available for purchase at www.kicker.com and Kicker Authorized retailers by mid-November at a suggested retail price of $­­­199.

The unit is water-tight and dust-resistant (rated at IPX5 protection).

The KPw2 has USB charge-out capability so users can charge a phone or tablet; and it improves upon past Kicker Bluetooth speakers with updated controls with rubber membrane buttons. It also has new track-forward and track-back transport controls; a new design that reduces the amount of vibration and “jumping” from deep bass. A 2.1A/5V power supply is also included in the system.

” The new KPw2 speakers play loud and very clear, and take full advantage of smartphone, tablet and computer streaming capabilities. It’s on-the-go audio for active people at a highly competitive price,” said Kicker’s Jeremy Bale.

The KPw2 uses dual drivers, passive radiators plus digital signal processing and it claims single button Bluetooth pairing.
